This company is great. My car got towed (my fault). They were super nice to me.

Howard Sommers is one of the finest Towing Operations I have seen , They are always staffed with the most friendly employees you will ever meet! They go out of the way to be on time to pick up you car, and take great care of my vehicle. Now you do have to understand they are a Official Police Garage In Los Angeles, and as such they are called out to pick and impound cars for the LAPD, Then people show up at HST and want their car back with no idetification, no money to pay the pick up fee, Wanting their possession out from the car with out a release.
I nave never had a bad experience with Howard Sommers Towing but I am the one who calls and sets up a appointment to get my car taken to a shop for repair, Not someone leaves their car blocking an ALLEY way. So I have no reason to ever get upset . Usually its the oposit and when I go to the office to pay for my to, If i get lucky and they are having a celebration for one of the many awards they have won . I usually get asked to join them in the party, eat , mingle. just like family,
I think this Company is a Shining example of how to start a family business and stick to what you believe in and still make it with Family values. We should aspire to be so good!

Driver 17-RAY watched me park between him and a car at 5 minutes after 4 The sign was 20 feet away no parking after 4. He could have said something to me, Real inhuman, It cost me $419.35. Don't use this company if you're a humane being.
