Hot Spring Spas of Des Moines

Walk in the door and your rarely are greeted by generally not very friendly salesman, the customer service is a joke and they just stare like a check book. if anything make the hour and a half drive to their sister store in caroll

The actual hot spring spa is by far the best spa brand out there in my opinion, but the customer service and knowledge of the spas at Hot Spring of Des Moines was pathetic i was ignored, interrupted and down right treated like dirt. This company has no accreditation and while i recommend the hot spring spa i would also recommend the carroll store or hot of state where your salesman do not treat you like dirt.
