HS refuses to stand by their products
I brought an oak table with chairs from Homestyle Furnishings (HF) for $2,374.81. They delivered the table and set it up with one leaf. So far, so good. But when trying to open the table to put in a second leaf (stored within the table), I discovered that it was stuck closed. After several phone calls and waiting one afternoon when no one showed up, Homestyle Furnishings employees finally came and found that one gear was stuck under its track causing tremendous friction. They left my house with the table jammed open with a one inch gap around the single leaf. They were unable to open it far enough to fix it or even to get the second leaf out.
After several ignored phone calls, they now refuse to fix it. The table remains jammed open.
