Terrible attitude and service
I brought a pillow in over 10 days ago for reupholstering. They have on their website a guarantee 7 day turnaround for cushions with in stock fabric and so it should have been ready 3 days ago. Since I did not hear back form them I called them and the owner, Tom, answered. He was rude, said they were running behind and he had to fire 2 people. I told him I was guaranteed a 7-day turnaround but he didn't seem to care. He said he'd get back to me and then hung up the phone.
THERE ARE DOZENS OF REUPHOLSTERING PLACES IN NAPLES. I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO CONSIDER SOMEWHERE ELSE.
