I would suggest caution when hiring this company to do any work. They advertise a basic cleaning package which should include a certain number of mains and a certain number of vents. They will "throw in" a dryer vent cleaning. When the tech arrived he had "suggestions" which could have cost up to $1200 of additional work if I had chosen to agree to it. The tech did some of the work BEFORE I had even signed a contract for the work. It was a very hard sell business practice once they get into your house. In spite of the fact that my furnace installer had said I have only one main, in vent cleaning circles (according to the man at HAS) there are always at least two. They fail to tell you this on the phone, so when they do the work they automaticall will charge and additional $89 for the second main. It seems as though they leave out part of the story to stay above board. I would get VERY specific information or a price quote before I would recommend anyone hire this company.
