Your company is extremely disfunctional and your Meriden location has such a high employee turnover rate. It would appear that the few employees who do work hard, leave or get sick. I think it is amazing that through all of what I see when I go in there, you still continue to have a manager who is either off for the day or talking and joking around. I would assume that the increasing amount of inaccurate orders is due to the constant training of what appear to be, new employee's. If this company cannot get it together, Im considering doing business with someone else.
