Henry's Wrecker Service Inc

This company was called out to assist one of our trucks who was stuck in the mud on the side of the road by the Airport Security. They were less than 10 miles away and completed the entire job in about 20 minutes. charged us $900.00, and when I complained about the price, was told it didn't matter to them, they would impound the truck. This company is out to get anyone and everyone. Guess you don't have to tow a bunch at their prices to pay the bills. Complete ripoffs.

I unfortunately have had two encounters with Henry's Wrecker Service in Sterling, VA. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced - rude, abrasive and unprofessional. It is evident they just put in their hours, have no ambition or skills. It is rather a scary place to visit as a woman as well. If you have a need for such a service, don't call Henry's!!!

This company has to be the rudest and most impossible to work with that I've ever dealt with. The towed from a location that was non-towing, were unreasonably rude, and wouldn't work with us. A junk place, my fiance, and Henry's agreed on conference that my fiance would pay to get the car out after it was towed and the junk place would pickup next day (it was wrecked and undriveable). Now they won't let the junk place pickup but keep charging more money every day. This is illegal and they are being reported everywhere that I can report. I urge any company/developer to cancel any contracts with them to avoid having these problems brought to your doorstep as we are taking ours to the developer. We are taking legal action against them and will include any and all responsible parties as we lost $650 due to Henry's. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER ALSO!!!!
