Hanley Station Condominium

We lived in her condo for 1 year. Thin walls, noise from Houlihan and Marriott at all hours of the night, sleepless nights, terrible landlord - Helen chou did not address any of our concerns, talked in a demeaning tone/manner, violated her contract at the end of the year and only gave us half of our deposit back for minor scuffs on the wall which she had us pay for entire walls to be repainted. Terrible, Terrible landlord...avoid at all cost!!!!

We lived in condo #1303 for 1 year and our terrile landlord was Helen Chou. The condo faces out towards Houlihans and Marriott. Getting a good nights sleep was almost impossible due to thin walls and noise from people that came out drunk from Houlihans up to 2 in the morning and from marriott at all hours. On top that, the landlord (Helen Chou) was a disaster to deal with. She did not care to address our concerns; she gave us the other electronic card almost 3 weeks late after being locked out multiple times, she was extremely unfriendly and talked to us in a demeaning manner; she violated the contract as she made us pay for an expensive painter of "her choice" despite an addendum to the contract that stated that the cost of painting should be reasonable. For minor wall scuffs she made us pay for the entire wall to be painted! We got only half of our deposit back. Avoid this landlord at all cost!!!
