I was also one of the people Lamar sold the bad batch of hair too.I have been buying my hair from Lamar for 1 year never have I had a bad experience with his hair. So I called him and told him that the hair was terrible. He said that he would replace my hair . Do to the fact that he had so many complaints, about that batch. He did replace my hair. The new hair is great and I still send my clients to him.

I had the absolute WORST experience with this retailer!!! I purchased some hair from Lamar(owner) in the parking lot of Kroger. I purchase what was supposed to have been Virgin Indian Hair....Well, the day I put the hair in, all seemed well (I guess because it was wet) until later that day the hair was VERY frizzy and BIG!....20'' of BIG, FRIZZY waves! As you must know I took the hair out! I then saw Lamar again in Kroger and explained to him that the hair was terrible and he apologized, told me he realized he received some bad hair upon shipment (keep in mind never contacting me)and ensured me that he would "throw" me some more hair at no charge... Well, I ordered the hair on April 11, 2012 and as of May 11, 2012 I still hadnt received the hair. I contacted Lamar several times before I even received a phone call back, and when I did he stated that he would bring the hair to me, (which he never showed up)... When I called him to check his whereabouts he stated "You are not the only client I have and Im on someones elses time, so you just have to wait"... I asked him could I come to him and he hung up in my face. On Sat 5/12/12 I met Lamar at the Rec center in Marietta and picked up my hair which was THE WRONG HAIR!!! When I asked him what was up with the hair I ordered he told me "Oh, they were out so this what came in, and my son is inside playing basketball so I have to go, what you gone do? You want the hair or what".... I took the hair and pulled off.... Couldnt risk getting NOTHING since it took a month to get this hair! FYI CURRENT HAIR MUST'VE BEEN FROM ANOTHER "BAD BATCH"THIS BUSINESS OWNER DOES NOT CARE FOR HIS CLIENTS TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE SATISFIED..... VERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE..... JUST A HEADS UP FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO ORDER!!! IF YOU ORDER HAIR HERE, MAKE SURE HE DOESNT HAVE A "BAD BATCH"!!
