They do not even deserve one star in the rating! This company is completely unprofessional. First of all, if you have a complaint, there is only one "supervisor" you can speak to (Marlene). They do not have a corporate office. Apparently Marlene does not have a superior because they do not reside in the US so . Marlene does not help you in trying to fix the problem but instead gives you a thousand excuses. I purchased an air filter, which was more costly than I wanted, and three weeks in, I had not received a single phone call from HA Air Conditioning as to when I will be receiveing my product. When I asked Marlene why I haven't received any follow up/courtesy call, she told me they have so many orders of filters that the only way they will know if the customer received their filter, is by the customer calling in and asking about their product so that then they can call the filter company and ask what is going on with the order since they have absolutely no clue nor do they care!
