Gsi Garbage Service

Despite my multiple attempts to follow up - Glenn and his crew repeatedly failed to pick up my garbage. It was almost impossible to get a representative on the phone, even when given a contact's "personal cellular number". I'd leave countless messages and only got one call back. At which time, Ms. Shelly told me she "didn't remember" setting up my account and they had already passed my area for that day, AGAIN! So, I'd just have to wait till the next pick up day". After cleaning up my garbage that had been spread all over my driveway, the street and the neighbor's yards due to raccoons getting into it - finally just gave up and went with another company. Now dreading their attempt to bill me for their LACK OF service. HORRIBLE experience!!!! Highly unprofessional.
