Griffin's Flooring America

I went into Griffins last weekend 10-9-09 and was promised a call back by not only the manager but the owner on a problem I was having with my carpet. I also wanted to buy new hardwood floors. No one ever called me back. The sales manager was very helpful but the owner was lacking personality and seemed to have no interest in selling me anything. I will go somewhere that they want my business.
