Good company. Patient and helpful.

Woman on the phone was quite rude when explaining what the technician said and would not listen to what I was saying and told me that if its not their fault that they would charge me and they charged a ridiculous price just for the coffee machine to continuously overflow each time we make coffee.. DO NOT USE THEM!
