I am actually the yoga instructor and I just wanted to let people know that currently there is a Tues., Thurs., class at 8:30 am Michigan time and a Sunday at 10:30 am MI time class. All are mixed level and hatha-slow flow style. You can attend the classes even if you are not a member , they offer day passes or you can pay per class. Yoga is 2$ /per if you are a member or $9 if you are a non member. Any questions about the yoga email lauraleesikorski@yahoo.com
