Go Copy

In November 2008 my sister mailed a package for our mother at Go Copy in Renton (via UPS) that contained crystal stemware and a sapphire and diamond set in a gold ring, among other items. She declared these items to the clerk. When the package arrived the ring was not in it. I filed a claim with UPS but they told me the that they must reimburse Go Copy and not me. So Go Copy will cash the insurance check but it is highly unlikely they will reimburse me! UPS has told me that Go Copy has been uncooperative with them and does not seem to care about the claim. UPS was told that Go Copy is for sale. Go Copy has not answered the phone when I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions. They have not returned any of my messages or fax's and lately their voice mail is full so that a message cannot be left.

On Nov 1st, 2008 I shipped 3 boxes to Russia. The recipient said they still havent seen them. I went back to Go Copy and they are closed. I remember the girl at the counter (the day I was shipping the boxes) say that the owner doesnt care about things any more and has not paid his bills, including rent. I'm thinking my packages were never shipped out and were probably kept by the owner. I think this is ridiculous. I was also not given any tracking numbers which is I guess my fault for not asking for them. I dont know what to do at this point. It is now Jan 16th, 2009.

The latest owner was not a business person-see previous review. Since the store was shut down by the City or County I have been in a battle with the US Post Office. I have received no mail since the last week in October. The USPS has been rude and have downright lied to me and not processed my change of address. USPS say's they returned all mail to sender's. None of my senders have received any mail back. It's been over a month. I believe the owner may have disposed of some of the mail, which I believe would be a felony. I am missing rental checks and am facing potential foreclosure. If there are other customers in same situation-PLEASE POST HERE. Perhaps we can join forces (coffee at SBC or Strabuck) and get the Postal Police or whomever to find out where our mail is.
