What kind of oil company tells you that it will take days to deliver oil to your house in the middle of winter when they are right down the right (20 minute drive)? The answer is Gnagey Oil. Worst most uncaring customer service I have ever seen for an oil company. Basically, you work off their schedule and get the service they want to give when they want to give it. Don't hold your breath if you have an emerbency and need delivery in a hurry. I will never deal with this company again and I don't recommend anyone else to either.
