Very Bad - He doesn't know a thing, and is a crook
He (only one guy, this is not a company like you think) doesn't have a clue and charged me higher (~$75 for a visit) than the authorized repairer for my fridge to come for a visit. Since he couldn't repair the problem or even diagnose the problem I ended up getting it fixed by an authorized repairer. I am not giving much details because this guy uses internet pretty cleverly, and I dont want to invite trouble.
