Glass Doctor of Raleigh

I borrowed my Dad's Cadillac STS for a week while my other vehicle was being worked on. He didn't bother to mention to me that the driver's side power window was working, and if you put it down you couldn't get it up. Of course I put it down, and when it wouldn't go up I tried to 'help it.' You know what happens next....kaboom. That's right. So in about a day, local Glass Doctor Manager Eric Bottomley had me a new window, power window mechanism and got it all working again at a fair price. Those guys really know their stuff. As far as I am concerned, I don't care if there is anyone else that does this kind of work. These guys will get my business.

My car was broken into, they even busted my windshield. I called around to several companies to get prices. When I called Glass Doctor, their prices seemed higher than the other companies. When I asked why they were higher they explained that they use original equipment glass, and also told me about their warranty. None of the other companies mentioned anything about original equipment or a warranty. I told the customer service girl that I would need to think about and call back. I again called the other companies and was not impressed. One in particular said that since my car was so old (1988) that they would not come out to me, I would have to go them and sit in their office for 2 hours (did I mention that my windshield was busted?). Not impressed at all, I called Glass Doctor back and scheduled my appointment. They came out and took care of my car. The rep I spoke to was great, and would use them again!

I have used Glass Doctor on several occasions after getting good feedback from my neighbor about the customer services and job performances that she has received from Glass Doctor. They have been out to my home and replaced screens, patio door glass and the rollers, and most importantly, the took a plain mirror off my wall back to their shop and installed bevel strips on it and then re-installed the mirror. The look of the mirror with the bevel strips are simply amazing I could not believe the difference in the way it looks. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs any type of glass repair/replacment. Kudo's go out to Glass Doctor Raleigh.
