Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House

Order placed just in time to get it before they closed. Among other things, ordered Spicy Wings, as per the menu on ginospizza.com The wings I get are Buffalo. I like spicy, but buffalo makes me sick. They refused to replace last night, apparently do not have such a menu item as called Spicy Wings, and was told to make them as spicy as possible. Despite that EVERY link I can find that has this location directs me back to the regular Gino's website, the night shift manager said they have a different website, and do not have those menu items. Said the site was ginospizza1.com. It is not a valid url at this time.They replaced the wings the next day, but I went to bed hungry. If someone orders a menu item you do not have, I expect to be told, Im sorry, I believe you are looking at the wrong menu, that is not an item we have. When I am told I can find the menu at a specified website, I expect to be able to find that site.

We were regular customers, every weekend. An employee took our order and never got our address or phone number, after having difficulty in her taking my order, I didn't even realize, but not my job of course, that would be hers. So, after an hour and a half go by, we call about our order, caue usually our food was HOT, where we live down the street, and quite fast, cant' say much about the personality of the staff, but, you can't have it all...lol, but they sent our order to Stats Nightclub, why? who knows? Brought it back to the store, let it sit for over an hour and then when we called they delivered that same food to us after us asking them if that was the same food, cause we were confused on how we just called and our order was magically here so fast...YUCK! We had to go there, they all looked at us confused and of course when the driver seen us coming the one we asked about was it the same food, of course went into the back ot Ginos...went MIA...they were rude, didn't even offer to re-make our food, didn't offer a refund. Then after complaining to Corporate, they sent us $10.00 in gift certificates that you had to use "in store", that doesn't even buy 2 pick up specials...what a joke, we will NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!!

They are wishy washy on delivery and dont care if they have business or not! Lesage ginos is the same way! I bet we will see ginos closing soon..... I loved how I place an order and then they call back 20 min later and tell me they dont have a driver. When I offered to then pick it up she said they hadnt even started it yet! Nice! GINOS SUX!
