I got my taxes done ASAP last year. They can be swamped like everyone else is around April 15th but overall I've been very fortunate to get my taxes done in a timely manner. Just remember to try to get in earlier and have all of your stuff with you at the time.

PS Being organized with all of your receipts and other stuff can be very useful.

My husband and I dropped out taxes off over 3 weeks ago. I scheduled a meeting with Bruce one week later. He still did not have our taxes done. He said he would have them done by the end of the week. Today (6 days later) they are still not done. My husband went to go pick them up and go elsewhere. Bruce never tried to communicate with us about the delay or give us an excuse why. I brought my taxes to Gilbertson Accounting last year and the women finished them for me in 15 minutes. Unfortunately she doesn't work there any more.
