Horrible Customer Service
Every time I go to Giant Supermarket...there is this customer service rep names Holly who also works in the pharmacy dept. Is always rude and unprofessional. Walks around the store and services customer with a mean face. Clearly she is not happy and is very bitter. She needs to take a course on Ethics 101!!
