Genesys Health System Main Switchboard

My brother was forced to go there thru EMS~what a horrible experience. Not only did they have inadequate computer systems for medications...but the nurse did not even chart that she gave him his drugs. NIGHTMARE~NO THERAPY WHEN PROMISED, THEN TRIED TO FORCE HIM UPON US WITHOUT HIS DRUGS BEING UNDER CONTROL....Made him stay in a double room with curtain, no sun, no chairs, and yet insisted we sit with him and a sitter forcing my 82 year old mother to sit on a toilet comode~horrific, gross, and puke food, no menu after several requests, I would prefer to die than to ever go there myself. YOU WOULD THINK YOU WERE IN THE GHETTO~SAD AND DISGUISTING AT BEST!!! WAKE UP PEOPLE!

I went to visit my sister in the birthing center today where she ended up having to have an emergency c-section. In this precious time you would think this hospital would provide what they state on their website of a good experience. Instead, they shoved her into a double room. Therefore, the space is very limited Maybe 10x10. This should get the new parents off to a good start, right? Let's hope another new mother and crying baby doesn't join the room only being seperated by a single sheet. It's good they care about privacy. Second, she asked to see her baby multiple times and there was always an excuse of warming him up (shift change). It's good to make the mom wait a couple long hours before seeing the baby, this helps with bonding, right? Third, it would be worth your drive to go somewhere farther then deal with this place. I am throughly discusted with this birthing center and I would never recommend it to any family who wants to have a good bonding experience that they deserve.
