Love love love Geist Pilates!!
I started taking Pilates from Kara 2 months after my 3rd pregnancy. I had NEVER done Pilates before, was out of shape after my pregnancy, and was nervous! Kara was awesome! I started with mat class and was completely amazed by the workout. I've been doing mat class for about 5 months now and plan to continue at Geist Pilates. Class is fun, relaxed, and the results are amazing. If you are looking for a great workout with great people and with GREAT results...look no futher than Geist Pilates!!! Seriously.
