Garber's Honda-Kawasaki

I called to get a motorcycle cover and another accessory for Christmas not knowing anything about what I needed, and describing what kind of bike it was they were very helpful.

I wish there was a 0 star option because that's the way I was treated. My bike was there for 5 weeks to fix a flat tire and look at the starter. Every time I called, I got a different person and a different story. The last five times I called, I said put it back together and I'll just kick start it. That never happened and even when I showed up with a trailer to get it, it was still in pieces. During one phone call, the owner's wife even told me that their mechanics were "unreliable" and when I told the owner what she said the next day, I was called a liar and yelled at by another employee. I have never had such a horrible customer service where the customer gets yelled at. I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!
