be aware !

They sell cheap Chinese stuff. Read the fine print - no warranty on a lot of their items they sell. You will be covered for 2-3weeks after purchase for transformers. Their transformers are a real safety concern. They will smoke after a short time of use even when used with less than 50% power consumption for what they are rated. They are so cheap and with such bad quality build. I will report to CWA. They denied replacing under warranty both of my failed transformers with the following explanation:
I did not proper use their transformers since I used them on US power outlet (115V 60Hz) with my Euro washer (rated for 220V 60Hz). They tried to say that the Frequency rating of my washer caused the problems! I should only use their transformers with Euro units rated 220V 50Hz. What a joke. First they should study a little bit electronics in order to judge Volt/Ampere/Frequency!
I Bought two different models of 5000Watt transformers from them (one SIMRAN AR-5000 and one LiteFuze 5000, both rated for 5000Watt) I loaded at the maximum with 2200Watt (measured). The SIMRAN failed finally (after smelling like a smoking Si transistor) because the electric plug for the power outlet melted down (once again - cheapest parts they can get). The LiteFuze failed by smoking the whole fuse housing and the following cable (30A fuse in a F8-32 housing - what is actually rated at the most with 10A ECE Euro / 16A US). Both failures show that not an over the spec/excessive applied load caused the damage but the bad design / cheap quality (the fuse itself never blow).
At least I would expect a return or replacement under warranty for that - but nothing. I called and all what I got as a reply was the BS that I used a 220V unit that is rated for 60Hz on the secondary end of their transformer and that excludes me from getting a replacement / return.
Be aware that their cheap Chinese stuff often not even has a warranty certificate/paper with manufacture contact information. So once the unit failed you are on your own. Think about it.
