Claims department is awful
MGA/Gainsco claims department is awful. Dont ever get in an accident. The adjuster dont return your calls, and even the manager doesnt do anything they tell you that they are going to. Me and brother both have claims with gainsco and we are experencing the same problems. They are very unprofessional and un-organized. This has been a very stressful and frustrated situation. After this is over, Im leaving. So if your thinking about gainsco, please think again.
