Don't be fooled by the A rating. This company has bad business practices. They claimed they fixed my leaking toilet and "guaranteed" it for 30 days. When it started leaking again in few hours, I called to have them come back and they claimed I must have sat on the toilet too hard and broken it, which is strange since it had not been used.
