Fuddrucker's

Went here today unexpected to grab a quick lunch. The line can be long and intimidating but it moves pretty quick. Maybe because the staff and the manager are very hard working. I think the burgers are very good here. The fries are wedges with excellent seasoning on them.

Great Burgers, Poor Management!

I love Fuddruckers, I think they are one of the best burger places in Houston..outside of Beck's Prime. The toppings at this location are always fresh and well stocked...this is the most exciting part. The fries are great too. Be sure to visit the Fuddruckers website and sign up for their specials, this will allow you to catch a deal here and there since their meals are a little on the pricey side. The only thing really bad about this location is the management in my opinion, not friendly or fair. If you have a problem, forget it, you will have better luck working out your issues with the staff than the management. If you go to the staff and they have to clear something by the manager, consider yourself doomed. It's rare I have ever needed the manager, I normally have a problem free dining experience; however, the manager at this location can sure ruin a good meal. Other than that, everything is great.

So So Burger and Not a Good Value

You know the drill by now. You go to the counter and order your burger. They let you know when it's done and you pick it up. Then you hit the condiments and add what you like. For this you pay 3x McDonalds or Burger King? There are only so many ways to make a burger. If I'm essentially in a self service situation I really don't think it's compelling that I can add all the pickles I want.
