I couldn't have asked for a quicker more professional service then received. My car is an extension of my job, without that specific one I can't work. Understanding this the service dept jump into action and worked overtime to help accommodate me. Not that I would ever hope to be rear-ended again, but if I need some body work you'll defiantly find me at Fritts.

Both of your drivers were very kind and considerate. The man who was in charge of my account was very personable and helpful, even though I went to the wrong place. They had everything finished in a timely manner. My only request is to call a few hours in to give an update. I waited about 8 hours for a phone call.
