100% customer satisfaction false claim
We had a driveway installed by Frakman Forming LLC. Less than a year later, the driveway was flaking away. I contacted the owner Ken to come take a look. He was nice and said he'd "swing by". He never came. I contacted him multiple times over the next 1+ year, always resulting in a promise from him to come take a look at the driveway. He even told me that if they needed to replace the driveway the would. Here we are roughly 2 and a 1/2 years later, stuck with a spalling driveway that he has never even come to take a look at yet alone do anything about. He hasn't responded to my last couple of attempts, so I'm pretty sure I'm never going to hear from him. Needless to say, I deeply regret choosing Frakman Forming and would not recommend them to anyone.
