Foot Gear of Gatlinburg

Bought a pair of canvas shoes that was uncomfortable and was able to return it and exchange it for a pair of Merrell Pleat Mocs. Unfortunately, the shoes (7.5) was in a box which said size '8' and the saleslady did not see this mistake. I too did not check it and when I wore it and reached home, my feet were burning, bruised and battered :( I called Footgear at 865-436-2500 and the phone rings only to turn to a screeching noise and then disconnects. Warning for anyone who wants to buy footwear from anywhere other than where they live -- check size, comfort, etc. etc. or else it will be too late. From one disgruntled and achy-feet customer :(:(:(:(:(
