I don't know who the person in previous post is refering to, but I have been doing business with this store for years now.. thay are actulally called 1800flowers. They provide great service and product. I have never had any probles in the last 10 or so years I hase been doing business with them. Its an actual retail store that you can come in or call.... and not a telecenter like so many other "flowers" business out there are these days, who just take orders.....

My boyfriend ordered flowers for me. They said to be home from 12 to 2 the next day. I thought this was odd that I have to wait for my own flowers but I agreed. 12 came. No one. 2 came. No one. 5pm came!!! NO ONE. No one answers the phone after your credit card is charged. No one EVER showed. The money is gone. This is not a business that provides any service it is just a money drop off. Does the better business bureau know about this?
