Hi! My name is Derrick; I am a REALTOR® with Coco Plum Real Estate in Marathon, the “Heart of the Florida Keys”.

My slogan “Your Veteran in Real Estate” comes from my love of our country and the military. I served in the 7th Fleet of the U.S. Navy which taught me an attention to detail and service which I bring to my real estate customers. For me it’s an honor to assist our Veterans and their families with their Real Estate needs.

You can buy and sell with confidence with me as I am an experienced businessman in the Florida Keys. The Florida Keys are where I have lived and worked since 2000. My 12+ years of Hotel and Property Management knowledge bring value to my real estate customers.

Always active in the community, I serve as an Officer of the Marathon and Lower Keys Association of Realtor's Board of Directors and as Chairperson of the Technology Committee. I consider it a privilege to as an Officer at the American Legion Post 154 serving as the Adjutant. And, I am a member of the Middle Keys Community Land Trust, American Legion Post 154 Color Guard and the President of the Overseas Village Homeowners Association.
