bookkeeping problem
WE WERE AWAY WITH OUR DAUGHTER COLLECTING THE MAIL .
The i nsurance was supposed to pay $189.00 bill, they did not pay, we did not know. FKRA put in for collection. T h at lowered my credit rating from 780 to 700. This followed me for 4 years now. I'm determined to do something about this injustice. FKRA had no interest in me or a solution......nasty!!! I have never had a late payment or "god forbid a collection notice". I want this removed from my credit report before 7 years as a mistake. DETAILS......reference number 922610....filed 02/20/05......collection account.....date last reported 04/09. What does this all mean? Don't get caught in this trap between your insurance company and FKRA. CREDIT INFORM-CAPITAL ONE said that it happened and they can not help me. I pay them $8.99 per month for their service.. I am retired now and will have time to solve this.
