I called this company to find out how I would purchase one of their machines and have it shipped out of state. Since the lady that answered the phone did not know the answer and did not want to transfer me, she hung up on me. At this point I knew I would not be purchasi...ng anything from this company but I wanted to speak with management. I called back and asked the secretary for her name; not only did she refuse, she said "The only person that can help you is busy and I don't have time to answer your question" then hung up. I tried back in approximately 30mins only to have a gentle answer the phone. I asked him who I would talk to in order to file a service complaint. He said "no one and don't call back". Read More
