Flash In The Pan Gourmet Catering

I am writing this as a review of their catering services. Anita and Rob (the owners) were EXTREMELY unprofessional in dealing with us in regards to catering our wedding. We first met with them at the beginning of October. After 2 months of waiting on them to respond to us (we were very patient while they were moving to their new location), they told us that they were not going to be taking on any more catering jobs (our wedding is in May, mind you).

Neither Anita or Rob were responsive to our calls or emails. The last communication we had with them, Anita told us that they would not be catering our wedding and hung up on my fiance when he said it would have been nice had they told us 2 months ago.

They promised things in our first meeting and told us later they wouldn't be able to deliver on those promises and refused to communicate with us to work with us to solve any issues. I will not be recommending their catering services to ANYONE.
