Flagship Towing and Automotive

The man who was towing my son's truck actually lied to me when he told me that the garage my husband does business with, BAY AUTOMOTIVE, doesn't do body work and he would have to just add another towing charge if he went there...turns out the BAY AUTOMOTIVE DOES do body work. (My husband paid the towing fee and had the truck taken to BAY AUTOMOTIVE by someone else) I'm not stupid. I understand, trying to funnel business in through towing, but to deliberately deceive when a request was made is lack of integrity. They would have received the 153.00 towing fee either way, but I guess lying has been reliable sales and marketing strategy to keep their Automotive Center busy. So many reputable local businesses to choose from, but this is NOT one of them.

First - towing -- when I called AAA for a tow the FIRST time, I had an agent calling me from Flagship before I got off the phone with AAA to let me know they were on the way. They were there in around 30 minutes when the AAA agent had told me it could be an hour. The driver was so helpful, wanted to make sure that myself and my daugher and 3 children were safe and could get to where we needed to go. ||[]Also, the owner called me the next day to make sure I had excellent service. ||[]||[]SECOND - 16 days later, when an Aamco dealership had (supposedly) repaired my transmission, and my car had broken down AGAIN I called AAA and Flagship towed me. Another exceptional service, and I asked them to please do a diagnostic on my car as I had just had it serviced. They did so, it was again the transmittion, and even though can perform an internal transmittion job, I returned it to Aamco because of my warrenty. They expressed regret I had the inconvenience and didn't charge me for the diagnostics. ||[]||[]I was so impressed by their outstanding customer service -- and intend to use them for ALL my car services from this point forward.||[]||[]BTW - Flagship also does complete transmittion - including internat - trans jobs. Sure wish I had know this and had them do my complete trans job initially.
