\t\nWow do I have stuff to say about this place! \t\n\t\nIm not a fan of chain dental places but this was the closest one to my house. After calling the phone number which leads me to a out-of-state call center, CARLOS gave me an appointment for a cleaning the next day. I came the next day and after x-rays and checkup, the dentist said they will schedule me for a cleaning. It turned out the Call center have a bad reputation of misleading patients for them to come in think theyre gonna get one thing and end up getting something else. \t\n\t\nSo there goes my day off from work! Also from CARLOS from the call center, he scheduled me for a ""Basic"" Cleaning that I requested. When theyre done with my chart, they wanted to treat me with a comprehensive cleaning and they have no idea what a ""basic cleaning"" was. Avoid Monarch at all cost. They lie to you, they upcharge you and if you got something to say, try filing a complaint to a face-less company. \t\n\t\nGo to a real dentist with a real name. Not ""McDonald's Dental""

I am very pleased with the dentist and her service. Yesterday's visit was the first in the procedure for a crown. The previous time I had a crown done at this office I was able to pay half at the first appointment and the other half when it was completed. I was expecting the same payment procedure this time. I was told it all had to be paid at the first appointment.

IF YOU ARE NEEDING AN APPOINTMENT YOU'LL GET IT WEATHER THEY MIGHT CANCEL OR NOT WOULD BE A GAMBLE. GOOD LUCK TO YA!!! I HAVE HAD MY SURGERY SET UP AND CANCELED TWICE WITH LESS THAN A 24 HR. NOTICE. I AM SOMEONE WHO'S BEEN EXPERIENCING A GREAT DEAL OF PAIN AND JUST WANT AN EXTRACTION. MY SCHEDULE IS BUSY I WILL ADMIT. IT IS HARD FOR ME TO FIND SOMEONE TO TAKE ME AND DRIVE ME BECAUSE EVERYONE I KNOW WORKS. SO FAR MY HUSBAND HAS TAKEN 2 DAYS OFF AND WE'VE BEEN CANCELED ON BY THE ORAL SURGEONS. ONCE BECAUSE HE WAS GOING ON EARLY HOLIDAY VACATION AND THE OTHER WELL WHO KNOWS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I HAD ALREADY HEARD NIGHTMARE STORIES FROM OTHER FRIENDS WHO WARNED ME NOT TO GO THERE. BUT MY DENTAL INSURANCE IS ONLY THRU THEM. I HAVE PAID CASH UP FRONT AND MY REFUND COULD TAKE UP TO 4 WEEKS TO GET TO ME. I JUST FEEL OTHERS NEED TO BEWARE. I AM GOING ELSEWHERE.
