Injured in car accident

One evening in December 2010, I was leaving a restaurant in an in Brooklyn, NY during a snowstorm. The wheelchair access ramp was covered with snow and my feet slipped out from under me. My fall resulted in broken ankle and torn ligament in knee requiring surgery to the knee. I immediately retained Fishbeyn and Briskin Law Firm. Mr. Fishbeyn, on my behalf, is asking for damages for medical expenses, physical pain and mental anguish, loss of income, physical impairment and disfigurement along with court costs and interest.

Trip and fall accident in Poconos

Hi my name is Doris, I am 63 years old. Last year I was visiting friends in Poconos for the weekend. One evening I was making my way downstairs. The hallway light were off and due to poor lighting and visibility, I tripped and fell down the last few steps. Later I learned that although there was railing, it was not built to code and staircase threads were different depths which caused me to slip off the edge of the step. As a result of my fall, I fractured my wrist requiring two surgeries and an implant of metal plated screws. It has been months since my injury and I still don’t have any sensation in my arm and permanent loss of range of motion. Attorneys at Fishbeyn & Briskin helped me recover for my injuries.
