Fisel Lynn CPA

They called to say that my return was ready, but when I went to pay them for thier service they had already e-filed my taxes without my review. It turns out that my return showed I owed 2500.00. Fisel had not figured in my two dependants and now a ammended tax form needed to be sent. Another 16 week wait for my tax refund. ( I should have gotten a 1077.00 refund) I'm out of work and need this money now. After 16 weeks I got a notice from the IRS saying that one of my dependents Soc. Sec. number was incorrect and I need to file another ammended tax for. Another 16 week wait thanks to Lynn Fisel. It is has been 7 months, now I have to wait 4 more months.
I spoke with Lynn Fisel about this mistake. He said he was "sorry". He said he "understands". But he would not refund my 170.00 that I paid for his service. He said he works many hours and he's not responsible for the mistake.
I've been laid off my job for 7 months. I dont think Fisel is sorry or understands what he cost me.
