The people at FLS are questionable people. I have spoke to several of them time and time again about their shortcomings. And it seems as though at some point these people would look back into their own lives and remember a time they were in dispute of a company or bill.

I would give these creeps minus 5 stars if I could. They lie like they have to or they'll die. Totally unprofessional in their approach to dealing with customer issues. They misrepresent themselves as being in all 50 states so moves won't be a problem. What a joke. The sales people lie. The customer service reps lie. The CSR supervisors lie. The managers lie. Do you get the picture? I HATE THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR COMPANY!!!! They will send you extras like a VOIP router that you don't ask for and then bill you for it if you don't send it back right away. These people are the scum of the earth.

This Company is the worst company I had to ever deal with. Their customer Service is the worst. They do not call back regarding any problems it seems like they fell off the face of the earth . My alarm keeps on going off by itself for NO reason.I've called them on numerous occasions and they never returned my calls. I cant even cancel them .DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM IT WILL BE THE WORST MISTAKE.
