First Premier Bank

I applied for a First Premier Credit Card on-line under the assumption that it would be a 9.9% finance, which I didn't mind. However, I really should have read the fees, etc. under their e-mail. I had assumed that there would be a $57.00 fee, charged at $7.00 per month. However, when I received my card, the TOTAL fees were $179.00, leaving me with credit available of $121.00. I immediately cancelled this card. Shame on you First Premier Bank, and shame on me for falling for your scam.
