HONEST MECHANICS!!!!

FINALLY, A MECHANIC WHO DOESN'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A WOMAN!!!! THEY TROUBLE-SHOOT AND FIXED MY CAR FAST! PLUS, IT DIDN'T COST ME A FORTUNE LIKE OTHER PLACES HAVE IN THE PAST. IT'S NICE TO KNOW THAT I HAVE A PLACE TO ALWAYS BRING MY CAR TO FROM NOW ON.

I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO BRING THEIR VEHICLE TO THESE GUYS! IT IS A FATHER AND SON BUSINESS (WITH OTHER MECHANICS) AND THEY ARE SO HONEST AND DEPENDABLE. THEY DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND GUARANTEE THEIR WORK - ALWAYS!

THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ MY COMMENTS! HAVE A FABULOUS DAY!

Great Customer Service!!!

When the lady at the counter, Karla, stated they treat their customers like the old-fashioned garages used to...I was pleasantly surprised to be treated that way!

They went above and beyond customer service from the 'standards' of MOST repair facilities.

It is nice to know I have a great place to take my truck to be worked on and to be rest assured that I will be treated kindly and not be taken advantage of like most places do to women (in general).

Sincerely,

Dawniece Le'Anne

Certified Mechanics

First Class Truck and Auto Service has taken care of my cars and trucks for several years and they have never let me down. I know that I can always count on the mechanics to do a great job - no matter what the situation is or how big or how small it is.

Plus, it's nice to know the mechanics are always trained on the latest technology in the mechanical field.

I highly recommend First Class Truck and Auto Service ro everyone. Heck, they even take care of Onan generators!

The traction between your rolling tires and the road surface will impact the amount of control you have in a given situation. Braking—whether slowing for a turn or braking for a stop—can cause a car to lose rolling traction. This can affect stopping distance and steering control. Anti-lock brake system (ABS) technology has become available to maintain rolling traction, offering ... READ MORE Posted October 23, 2009 at 02:05 PM

Tire Pressure Monitor Tips

When a customer comes in with a Tire Pressure Monitor (TPM) condition, the proper strategy is to determine the nature of the low tire pressure light -- whether it is related to low air pressure or a system fault. Solid Light- If the low tire pressure light is on constantly, the TPM system is working properly. The owner needs to adjust tire pressures properly and drive the vehicle to turn off the light. Flashing Light- If the low tire pressure light flashes for a minute, and then stays on, a T... READ MORE Posted October 08, 2009 at 12:42 PM

NEGLECTED MAINTENANCE

The increased quality of vehicles built in recent years can also cause maintenance neglect—much like a person putting off a checkup with a physician because he or she generally feels fine. Regardless of a vehicle's running condition, as the mileage increases, the performance of many components deteriorates or, at least, is affected by age. If the survey touted by the Car Care Council is a barometer of the general public's fleet, there is a great deal of ignored maintenance: •32 percent ... READ MORE Posted October 08, 2009 at 10:47 AM

I replaced the rear brake shoes & drums on my 2002 Mercury Sable. The brakes are adjusted properly however there is a knocking sound from the left rear when braking.

We would need to see your vehicle in order to properly diagnose the issue. Thanks.
