I caution anyone thinking about taking their car to this place. I took my car to get a state inspection for which they advertised as $35. To be fair, they got the job done in a reasonable amount of time, however, when i went to pay for the service i found that they had charged me additional $28 for a single brake_light_bulb replacement. I tried to reason with the manager on site that a single brake_light_bulb costs only $4 at Autozone/RS Strauss/Pepboys and I'd be willing pay the premium for the replacement service but he simply ignored me and became very hostile. If you value customer service and don't like getting ripped-off then stay AWAY from this place!

Sunday, the day of rest for many, is a horrible day to have car problems. When my 1987 Convertible Mustang GT would not start, I called Bear Automotive. Not only were they open, but they stayed open until I arrived with a AAA tow job. I spoke to the owner, Moe and let him know that AAA was picking up my car and I would be on the way. As it turns out, AAA took longer than expected. When I did arrive, Moe was expecting me because I kept him abreast of the situation. Moe kept the shop open just for me. I know this because after taking care of me, we left the shop at the same time. I told him I would love to pick up the car Monday after work. Sure enough the car was up and running as expected. I was more than satisfied with the quick turn around and appreciate working with people who care about me, and my car problems whenever they happen. Thank You Moe!!!
