Fiesta Cleaners

I had been going to this cleaners for well over a year and up until July 7th had had no issues with service or cleaning of my garments. However, I took two pairs of slacks (one white and the other navy) and a top to have them dry cleaned. Upon return, I noticed the white cotton pants had large strains all over them (some navy and some orange -- same colors as my other garments). Upon return, the clerk advised it looked as it they had been mixed up while being dry cleaned. She apologized & had me fill out a claim form. After waiting 30 days, I called the office manager to determine the resolution to the pants being ruined and was treated incredibly rudely by the owner's manager. She accused me of "trying to get something for free", when all I wanted was reiumbursement for the ruined garment! She was so rude that she hung up on me & left the phone off the hook. I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and will be telling all of my friends not to go here.

Could not believe the LACK of customer service!.........
In attempt to save time, I took my brand new clothes (1 pr pants & 1 shirt) to this cleaners to get pressed. In return I got 2 garments that are now stained with blue streaks & a brown spot. In trying to resolve this problem I was treated in a nonhelpful manner by the desk clerk and treated
incredibly rudely by the owner's secretary (who happens to be the owner's wife). She accused me of "trying to get something for free", when all I wanted is clean pressed clothes! She was so rude that she hung up on me & left the phone off the hook.
I will be sharing this experience with all my friends & coworkers.
