Fiala's Fish Market

I have lived in Kenosha Wisconsin all my life and am 40 now. I have been enjoying your smoked fish since I was a child and going to our family camp sight every year. We recently moved to Alabama due to my husband retiring from chrysler and these people down here don't even know what smoked fish is! I need to get some, some how and the only fish I want is from Fiala"s. ther wise it is not true smoked fish. Can youplease help us out and tell me how to get some white fish chubs and trout please!!!!!
