non-professional staff needs management
Dr. Ferguson is a good doctor, but he needs to make some adjustments in the front office. I dread dealing with those women who seem to hate their jobs.

dissappointment
This is the second time I've been to Dr's Ferguson's office for an ear infection and it's the second time I have been tortured by him or his staff. Today I had my ear syringed by the nurse practitioner who then wrote me a script for $90.00 that highmark didn't cover but no pharmacy had it anyway. I then call the doc on call who was worthless who would not change my script so here I sit suffering like I did last year minus the vicadin this time.
