Fantastic Sams

This site automatically gives a 5 star rating. My rating is minus 5. Not right because it makes it look like they have good rating

Do not go to coventry fantastic Sam's. They have small talk with you while doing your hair then tell the person you may have been discussing what you said but with a made up lie. This is very unethical to say the least and actually caused a big problem with a family member for me. They suck anyways at doing hair

Awful exp at this salon. Had to have another stylist, at a different salon fix my hair. Wrote to the email provided via the website to exp my situation, to which I still have not received a response. Will never walk in the front door ever again, nor will I ever use Fantastic Sams ever again.
