Fancy Finish Pet Grooming

One thing I consider the most when choosing a pet grooming service for my dogs: It is important for me that the service men love pets! They are many of them here!

Three summers ago I was up me and my Toy Poodle was here in Cleveland visiting for the weekend. Pepper and I was in an empty lot on Lorain Ave. When all of a sudden a black SUV pulled over a women jump out an ran towards me. I was in disbelief, unsure of what the heck was this women doing . Should I start getting down on the ground with my hands behind my head,Think she was an officer of some sort , unsure, my mind was racing. All of a sudden she reaches behind her back and then wipes out a business card introducing herself asking about Pepper. Two summers later I moved to the city of Cleveland and Boy, OH Boy I never forgot her nor her name Vikki. I needed my Pepper groomed and I ask a women at the local corner store ( now a real good friend) if she new Vikki or name of her business. The women said matter of fact look down right beside you . Low and behold there were Vikki's business cards, she just came in and left the there. I proceeded to tell the store to my friend at the corner store and we got a good laugh. I tell you what it was an aggressive marketing tactic but it sure did work. All and all Vikki and her daughter Barbara are great, The grooming on Pepper was fantastic, he got a Mohawk. Doggone it, I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. Thanks Vikki for the wonderful first impression. I recommend highly, but the price is fair. Tracy Stalnaker
