My trouble started with a workmans comp. claim. She refused to send my records to the workmans comp insurer. Their agent called me and said she had made repeated requests and the last one she made the Dr. began screaming at her. When I asked what was going on she told me my file had vanished! She caused me to get denied medicaid and disability for the same reason. Finally I got a lawyer who subpoena the records to get them. The last straw for me was when I went to see her about a place on my chest which she said didn't look good at all. She said she wanted an ultra sound done as soon as possible. I waited for an entire week before calling to find out what was going on. Ginger said she would take care of it that day. I never heard anything and called back each day for the next 5 days and she told me the same thing. she would take care of it. I finally called the dr.s cell and she screamed at me that she has a personal life dont call her cell again unless its an emergency.she is nuts .

After an office visit from hell .I requested my records and itemised bill. That was a week ago. The personel in the office must be overworked and under paid. The nurse a Ginger Mullins is the most hateful person!! The doc [and I use this term loosley.] is not in the habit of telling the truth.She put me in a dangerous situation and didn't give a darn.I'm telling anyone who will listen! I wish I had read some of the reviews I've since found, such as the one by Tonya office manager for a cardioligist. Apparently Dr. S told her to Shut up when she asked her for a referral for a patient that she had sent there. At some point docs like her should be held accountable ! Its easier to do nothing!
